What sort of workouts will I be doing?
ROCKBODY BOOT CAMP contains everything from interval
training, strength training, core, and cardio. Each individual will work at their own level but will be pushed to their individual limits.

What should I bring to Bootcamp?
All you need are hand weights, a mat, water, a towel, and running shoes.

I started attending Rockbody Boot Camp in Liberty Hill almost one month ago. Having this location which is so close to home is wonderful! I have never been a morning person, but working out from 5:30-6:30am is a perfect time! Getting a great working in and still being home to get kids ready for school is wonderful. I've been attending Rockbody Boot Camp since the beginning of May 2010 and am thoroughly enjoying it. This coming from someone who has never been able to commit to any type of workout routine in the past. I give Courtney and now Katie all the credit for motivating me. The classes are great since they are different everytime and the trainers do such a good job of making us realize we really can do just about anything for a minute. My tight jeans from last fall are falling off now...too cool! It's definitely worth getting up at 5:30 for!

Well I started at Rockbody Boot Camp after discovering them on Groupon in April. I signed up and trhe next test was trying to figure out which bootcamp would be the nearest to my house. I live in Lakeway and when I joined there was only 5-6 locations but I am a person that prefers to workout in the morning. So I figured that Cedar Park would be my closest option at 5:30am. It is now approximately 6 months since I originally signed up and I am currently going 3 times a week and re-signed....so they must be doing something right to keep my coming back! This means me getting up at 4:30am to travel 15 miles to be at the bootcamp on time at 5:30am. My husband may not be happy with my alarm going off but he definitely is happy with the change in my body. He constantly jokes with his friends about "my guns". I was thrilled when Courtney and Brian made me aware that they are openig 2 locations in the Lakeway area in teh upcoming weeks. So now my husband gets to hear my alarm clock going off 5 times instead of the usual 3....I will have to convince him the guns were a little too small and I needed a couple of AK 47's!!!!! I really enjoy the change of pace that Courtney offers at the bootcamp and I am thrilled that more locvationed are being added. It is a great value for money to pay teh 3 months in advance for $65 and have umlimited use. Any of the other bootcamps I have researched only allow a limited or pre-specified number of classes per month. I will take full advantage of getting my butt whipped into shape and hope that Courtney and Brian don't haze me if I can't make it to my 7 minute plank on my next fit test....pracrice makes perfect though and there is nothing I love more than a challenge! Great value for the money. Great for getting fit. Great for being outside and leaving the monotony of the gym behind. Great for doing things a little different than the usual. Love it and looking foraward to many more good times ahead!

I have always been an athlete and consider myself a fit person,, however, ever since I began working out with Courtney and Brian, I realized I wasnt in as good of shape as I thought. They have a way of pushing you even when you think you can't go anymore. I look forward to getting to class everyday to see all my fellow Rockbody friends and can't wait to see what's in store for me. If you are looking to try a bootcamp, try this one. The really care about your progress and want to see each person succeed. Rockbody Bootcamp is GREAT!

I attend the 5:30am class...Boot Camp Under The Stars...it's very convenient. I get a good workout in, home in time to get the kids to school and then off to work.  I have been going since January and can definitely see a change in my body. Courtney works with everyone's fitness level. You work at your own pace. She is very encouraging and challenges you in a kind manner. I am not athletic whatsoever but can perform the exercises. Each class is something new and keeps me interested.

This is an awesome boot camp!! While I run regularly, I decided in February 2010 that I need to vary my workouts and gym memberships have not provided the consistent motivation that I desire. As a result I decided to give boot camp a try and wow, have I ever found the perfect fit with Rockbody Fit Boot Camp! The trainers are motiviational and full of a variety of information from stretching tips, nutrition, to how best to reach your goals! The multiple locations and times offered by Rock Body has provided me with the opportunity (not to mention the motivation) to attend boot camp four days a week! Even though I attend 4 days a week the workouts are still varied enough that I am never bored rather I am continually challenged and my muscles never seem to get used to the variations in the strength training, core building exercises, balance workouts, and cardio. While the boot camp is "at your own pace", the trainers offer a more personalized workout for each individual, motivate everyone to strive harder and just when you think you may be reaching your peak, they change it up and challenge you all over again! I cannot recommend Rock Body Fit Boot Camp enough, they are truly awesome! If you have been on the fence or struggling to meet your fitness goals, this boot camp is the one to choose! I have been going regularly since February 2010 and hate to miss any workout. I still run but the strength training, balance exercises, and core training has strengthened my workouts and my running buddies believe I have actually become a stronger runner as a result! Rock Body Fit Boot Camp rocks!!!

I have never been in great shape, and I was worried that being a beginner in a class with some "seasoned exercisers" would be intimidating or discouraging. But the trainers are so supportive, and always willing to give another option if something we're doing is out of my skill level. The class is challenging and each class there is something different to do, to work a different part of the body. It is definitely a more personalized, more complete bootcamp that you're going to find anywhere else. Rockbody rocks!

I have exercised most of my life and I don't remember a time when I couldn't wait to get to the next workout. But, I find myself looking forward to each workout at Rockbody. The trainer is encouraging, motivating and always changing the workout to make it fun and interesting. We never know what to expect but we always know that we are going to get a great workout. I've recommended Rockbody to several friends and they all agree, Rockbody Bootcamp is the BEST!

Although this is only my second week at boot camp, I have joined other boot camps and gyms in the past to see that Rockbody is all it is cracked up to be! The instructors are positive and are always there to answer any questions you have. They are supportive and I would recommend them to anyone.

I was also nervous about going to boot camp but I had a blast! The trainers are so friendly, and they push you to do well but encourage you to catch your breath, get some water, etc. I thought they had prepared a great mixture of strength training and cardio, and they alternated the exercises so you received a full body workout. I honestly can't wait to go back!

As a newby to boot camp, I was nervous on how the workouts would be, but the trainers are motivation and constantly changing things up. I would definitely recommend this boot camp to anyone!

Just started working out and Rockbody Bootcamp has been great. The trainer comes every day upbeat and ready to work you out. She has the ability to push you to the max without being overly forceful. She brings a variety to work out each and every day, so you dont get bored doing the same old things over and over again. It has been a great experience for a beginner like myself, but others with more experience seem to be getting a great deal out of the workout as well. Let's just say we can all tell the next day what muscles we worked on the day before!
